Changing save folder issue

Hello guys. I bought few days ago fm21. I tried to change the save and graphics folder using the string -user_data_location="path", cause I use faces megapack, logos and all these graphics, so there is no space for these in C. I reloaded the skin through preferences in game menu, nothing happened. I even tried to change it through location in game menu, but still graphics did not load. I wanted to see if the game reads graphics at all, so I moved one small graphics file (trophies) to C. Worked fine. I could see all the trophies as I should. When I tried to reload graphics file in other disc using the string again, nothing happened. Do you have any ideas about fixing that?
Notice that I am doing this for many managers in the past, and the same string and path was working just fine in previous managers

It'd also help if you posted a screenshot of the path the files themselves are located in, so that I can be sure they're the same.

here r the screenshots u asked me ! I use greek windows and steam, so i will translate the words for you.

In the 1st photo you can see my documents. This is the fm 21 file that is creating after the 1st boot. Aυτος ο υπολογιστης= my computer, Εγγραφα=documents.

In the 2nd photo you can see the hard disc that i copied the fm 21 file from documents, it's drive F, with more space. Αυτος ο υπολογιστης= my computer. As you can see, i added the graphics file.

In 3rd photo you can see the string i try to use in steam (library,right click in game, properties). ΕΠΙΛΟΓΕΣ ΕΚΚΙΝΗΣΗΣ= LAUNCH OPTIONS.

Now , if i try to use string and then load the game, i get what you can see in 4th photo. If i first load the game and reload skin afterwards, it does like reload ,but nothing changes.

In screenshot 3, the code should have an additional dash (-) at the start. There are 2 dashes here.

If that still doesn't work, remove the change in user data folder done through Steam in screenshot 3, and change your user data folder from within your in-game preferences using this method.

I used a second - in my endless efforts. I spent 13 hours so far trying to find out what is wrong. Also, I followed the method u r providing me. Still no good...

If that doesn't work, can I have a screenshot of your location folder in the same preferences as well as the preferences highlighted in the above screenshot?

Can I also see a screenshot of the same thing in screenshot 3, in which the manual change of the user data folder has been removed?

i did again the 2nd method and game kept loading, cause it couldn't find the location (i guess). By the time i could not reach the menu screen, i had to uninstall it and reinstall it,so it will take 15-20 minutes.

That won't solve anything because it'll probably stay in the cache anyway. The first time you load graphics, especially if you have a lot of them and a system which isn't the fastest, then you should expect the loading process to take a while.

The very 1st time that i installed the game and did all this, when used the string and changed the location of the files, game started loading and i thought that (as u said) needs time due the huge graphics files. So i visited a person and let it loading. After 5 hours i came back,nothing changed. Was still "loading" and the windows manager report the game as "staging".

I want you to take a look at this. This date is normal? This config created when i install the game

Nothing wrong with the config file, no.

The fact it stayed 5 hours loading is definitely unusual though. I was thinking of maybe 10-20 minutes.

οκ,so what can i do ? Do u have any ideas of what is wrong? Do u need to send u anything else to help you finger out what the issue is? I believe for some reason , the game do not follow the new path. And i tried with 3 defferent drives.

I'm really at a loss tbh 😢 What happens if you try loading the game without the graphics?

hello again and Happy new year. I have some news about my issue. Well, the problem is not the string or the location in another drive. The problem starts when i add the graphics folder in the fm 21 file. After ticking the reload skin button, starts to reload for ever. So the problem is that it does not load the graphics. I didn't use the faces and the iconfaces,only kits and logos (cause they r smaller that the face megapack) to see what will happen. Same. Loads for ever. Any ideas?
