As has already been explained @FORCEMEAT TM, this source image will not provide an improvement because it's too small, so don't post any more of them please.

They are already outdated, photos

Some are definitely not improvements even at an initial glance, so they get rejected. Some might possibly be improvements, so I accept them and review them later.

If you want the Preston images to be updated, you need to find better sources. It's your desire to improve them, so it's up to you to do so. Most of them are only a year or so old, and the people look basically the same, so there's not such a pressing need. There are almost 300,000 images in the megapack. Heaven help us if we had to update all of them every year; we'd need a whole army of people.
