A decent first attempt @cuffaro, but it's not quite there yet. There are no hair details, shoulders are cut off too early, dimensions aren't correct and the edges aren't very smooth.
Have a look at the guidelines in this thread so that you know what we're looking for in our cuts.
In the last few days, I made these videos to show how easy it is to make cuts, one using Photoshop to do so and one using photopea.com

Probably so I've re-opened it. For future similar cuts where the source doesn't have the full shoulders, using clone stamp to 'extend' it makes the cut look much better in-game, FYI 🙂
