How to Install:
1) Extract “italian 2020_21 7 level trophies 21.0” folder on:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\graphics\trophies
if “trophies” folder doesn’t exist, please, create one.
2) Optional “italian vintage trophies 21.0” that include more than 60 old cups can be
extracted in the same path.
3) In the Game: FM/Preferences/Advanced/Interface/Reload Skin

Is it maybe possible to add a trophies pack for Holland in the future?

Sure but It is pretty hard to find images; at moment I've only found Eredivisie, Johan Cruijff Schaal, Keuken and KNVB Beker. Nothing about lower leagues...
