@FezDope, cut-out dimensions should be 250x250 (or 180x180 in the case of the low-quality sources) 👍

@rupruijs, please remember that every cut must have a collar.

 

While it's true that we want all cuts to have a collar, we also want as much of the face taking up the canvas as possible, so there should be no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Clearly in sources like this, you can't have both without some edits, so for any future cuts you decide to do, watch this video to see how you can manage this with a few seconds' extra work in Photoshop:

 

 

It's also important that cuts don't have any snow. If, after using remove.bg, some of them still do (like this one) then use the below technique to spot and clean anything which remains:
