Only staff can delete images, so there's nothing wrong there.
Can I ask why you want it to be deleted, though? I would have rotated it anti-clockwise by a few degrees before cropping it, but it's otherwise perfectly fine for me.

Even on the old forum, you could actually upload a completed cut without needing to upload its source image. It was never necessary ;)
