I had the same problem and I solved it by setting don't scan and don't recurse to false in the config.xml file in the main Football Manager XXXX folder in documents.

I have the same problem last 2 days in fm21. The logos-faces-badges dont load after i start the fm21 to continue my save after the last update on steam. I have the metalic logos, cutfaces and stadiums from sortitoutsi.

graphics should be spelt with the first letter in lower case.
Can I have a screenshot of your graphics folder itself? Please take full screen screenshots of the folder if possible as it might not be too clear otherwise.

aa ok sorry….w8 me 10 min to put again the logos-faces-stadiums in the 'graphics' and i send you. If you have discord we can talk there for faster solution

I have been having issues getting my face pack to work. What is wierd is that my logo pack and kit packs are working but not my face pack. I have my files on my regular hard drive and fm on my gaming hard drive and I think that might have something to do with it. I have tried replacing the configs with FMXML and it still hasn't worked. I was planning on starting an fm yt channel so this could not be coming at a worse time. I could get the face packs working on my laptop but cannot get it working on my new pc

It's best if you post in the technical support thread in the forum for the facepack. It would also help if you include screenshots of your facepack folder, including clearly the full path and amount of images contained in the facepack folder 👍
