Premium Membership Now Not Working

Hi there,

I purchased a premium membership on the 17th of January and downloaded a couple of mega packs. Only now have I decided that I fancy downloading some kits but when I go to try to download it says that I should pay for a new premium membership (yes, I have tried logging in and out numerous times)

Could someone help me fix this as I feel like I've wasted 10 quid.

I don't spose you have registered twice and are currently using the wrong (not Premium) username?

We have had a lot of people recently register with two different email addresses and apply the Premium membership to one user and then login with their other account :s

I notice that this is your first ever post on the forum (with this username anyway) that's why I'm asking...
