Submissions to the data update have temporarily been restricted while the site is updated with the 21.3 data.
I imagine it may take until the weekend to make sure everything is extracted and imported correctly so please bare with me 🙂

Last year 21.4 was released 2 weeks after 21.3 so I was expecting the same this year.
I'm hopeful it will be out next Monday or Tuesday 🙂

21.4 should be this week hoefully. It will include all changes from February and will be the last one from SI after that we can just update it ourselves.
See this tweet where it says “global transfers made in February transfer windows will follow in a future update”
SI do two updates because of later transfer windows in places like Russia or China although they only really publicise the January transfer window update because that's the one most people care about.
But this 21.4 should include all changes from February.
If we start updating after 21.3 it gets a bit messy because we make changes that SI then make themselves 2 or 3 weeks later. It's alot easier to just wait for the final update then start updating ourselves from there.
