Following the latest update made by SIGAMES, 21.4.0, I present to you my latest Romanian competitive package, RP21. In addition to the 3 professional leagues in the Romanian competition, we have opened for you a League 4 consisting of 6 series, and a League 5 consisting of 14 regional series.

League 1

- 16 teams, round + return (30 matches in total in the regular season + playoff)

- Playoff for the champion (6 teams, round + return, halving points)

- Playoff for relegation (10 teams, round + return, 4 relegations, no knockouts, halving points)

- The newly promoted receive ~ 1MIL Euro TV rights

- Relegated teams receive parachute money up to 375K Euro

- The champion receives ~ 3.4MIL Euro, and decreases to the 12th place, which receives ~ 1.1MIL Euro TV rights

- Minimum 2 U21 players raised by any club in Romania, in the first 11, during the whole match.

- Minimum 4 players raised up to 21 years old by any club in Romania, in the first 11, during the whole match.

- Maximum 2 Non-EU in the first 11, during the whole match..

- 4 possible changes, from 7 players on the bench.

League 2

- 20 teams, round + return (38 matches in total in the regular season)

- The first 4 teams promote without a knockout games to League 1

- The last 5 ranked teams, relegate without knockout to League 3

- The newly promoted receive ~ 150K Euro TV rights

- The 5th place receives 500K Euro TV rights and decreases to the 15th place, which receives ~ 170K Euro

- Relegated teams receive parachute money up to 80K euros

- Minimum 3 U21 players raised by any club in Romania, in the first 11, during the whole match.

- Minimum 4 players raised up to 21 years old by any club in Romania, in the first 11, during the whole match.

- Maximum 2 Non-EU in the first 11, during the whole match.

- 4 possible changes, from 9 players on the bench.

League 3

- 10 Groups x 10 teams per group, round + return x 2 (36 matches in total in the regular season)

- The first team in each group enters in knockout cup for promoting in the League 2 league

- Following the knockout, 5 teams are promoted to League 2

- The last 3 teams in each group, relegate without a knockout cup, to League 4

- Teams eliminated at the knockout cup receive ~ 110K Euro TV rights

- Newly promoted receive ~ 25K Euro TV rights

- The 2nd place receives 100K Euro TV rights and decreases to the 7th place, which receives ~ 35K Euro

- Relegated teams receive parachute money up to 25K euros

- Minimum 4 U21 players raised by any club in Romania, in the first 11, throughout the match.

- Minimum 4 players raised up to 21 years old by any club in Romania, in the first 11, during the whole match.

- Maximum 2 Non-EU in the first 11, throughout the match.

- 5 possible changes, from 9 players on the bench.

League 4

- 6 Groups x 20 teams per group, round + return (38 matches in total in the regular season)

- The first 5 teams in each group promote League 3

- The last 7 teams in each group, relegate without knockout cup to League 5

- Prizes for participation in the competition worth 20K Euro are awarded for each team

- Minimum 4 U21 players raised by any club in Romania, in the first 11, throughout the match.

- At least 6 players raised up to 21 years old by any club in Romania, in the first 11, throughout the match.

- Maximum 1 Non-EU in the first 11, throughout the match.

- 6 possible changes, from 12 players on the reserve bench.

   Regions Series 2 - Suceava, Botosani, Iasi, Neamt, Vaslui, Vrancea, Galati

   Regions Series 4 - Dambovita, Giurgiu, Arges, Teleorman, Valcea, Olt, Dolj
   Regions Series 5 - Arad, Caras-Severin, Gorj, Timis, Mehedinti, Hunedoara

League 5

- 14 Groups x 20 teams per group, round + return (38 matches in total in the regular season)

- The first 3 teams in each group promote League 4

- The last 4 teams in each group, relegate without kickout to League 6

- Competition prizes worth ~ 13K Euro are awarded for each team

- Minimum 5 U21 players raised by any club in Romania, in the first 11, throughout the match.

- At least 6 players raised up to 21 years old by any club in Romania, in the first 11, throughout the match.

- Maximum 0 Non-EU in the first 11, throughout the match.

- 6 possible changes, from 12 players on the reserve bench.

Romanian Cup

- Only teams from League 1, 2 and 3 enter the competition

- Only one round is played for each stage

- The first 3 stages are awarded 10K Euro for participation

- Winner receives ~ 550K euro + qualification in the Europa League qualifiers

- The defeated finalist receives a prize worth ~ 100K euro

Romanian Super Cup

- Only one match between the winner of the Romanian Cup and the League 1 Champion

- No reward

League Cup 4

- Only teams from League 4 enter the competition

- Only one round is played for each stage

- A participation prize of 1K Euro is offered for each match, except for the final

- The winner receives a prize worth 25K Euro

- Defeated finalist, receives a prize of 5K Euro

League Region Cup 5

- Only teams from the same region enter the competition

- Only one round is played for each stage

- A participation prize of 1K Euro is offered for each match, except for the final

- The winner receives a prize worth 10K Euro

- Defeated finalist, receives a prize of 2.5K Euro
