@Simon9002, when the area taken up by the face in a source image is so small, then it will most probably not be a good source to cut, especially when the current cut isn't that different, of a good quality and in 250x.

I've cropped the face in your source, and it's just under 180 pixels high. For it to be cut in 250x, it'll have to be upscaled, thus losing sharpness, which will mean it won't be an improvement. If the guy didn't have a face, then it'd be suitable, but he does, so it isn't 😉
