I confirm cuts which I think are to be considered for addition to the megapack, and it's not for you to tell me what to do, frankly. If you don't like our work or the way this forum operates, you are welcome to search for the same services elsewhere. If you want to stay here, I strongly recommend starting to respect the community and to understand how this forum works.

 In the source image, he's looking very slightly away from the camera. It's not skewed at all.

There's nothing wrong with the cut-out provided. 

You can try to learn to cut out , it is not difficult. You can cut out what you want. Your source is good but i preferred to cut out this one that i found very pretty.

It's got a white background so it's not a cut-out, the dimensions aren't right and it should be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin and/or facial hair, but it's a good attempt. I'd also suggest that it's centered too, i.e. the face is equally distant from the left and right side of the canvas, so that it looks even better in-game 👍
