Just a small tip: when you are uploading a lot of images, instead of uploading them all one by one, maybe it'd be easier and more time-effective to cut a lot images and upload them as a pack instead (the maximum is 50).
If they're saved on your PC as the person's UID, the forum will then associate them to the right person automatically, and it'll save you the time of uploading every single one of them individually. It would also save me the time of having to download them all individually too. It's a win-win situation 🙂

One other small thing, you're doing good work with these cuts, but for images like this one, it looks a lot better in-game if you rotate the source image before cropping it so that it's a bit more upright rather than tilted to one side. It's a good cut, don't get me wrong, but I think it can be even better 😉
