In cases like this, it's best to get in touch with the user to ask if he's still working on it; it might be the case he'd forgotten about it, for instance. This way, we avoid multiple users working on the same images 🙂
b) All cuts must contain a collar. In sources like this where the collar is lower down than the chin and so cropping the image the usual 2-3 pixels space beneath the chin does not leave a collar, then the below technique is to be followed so that a collar is included in the cut 👍
