Help with editing Brazil's nation rules

If I try to edit anything for Brazil's rules, I get this. I tried to edit the required minimum and maximum teams, still gets the same. Even If I just open advanced rules and don't edit anything at all, just saving and run the test, I get this same error. I see some Brazilian fantasy league, can anybody help me?

Thank you. No success, reported to them. It's amazing how something as simple as changing subs rule is impossible to do lol

are you using the 20.4 DB

I use the 20.1 and had no issue verifying

try editing in 20.1 and export as XML file you should following my instructions be able to use it in game with any of the DB set ups even 20.4 

I was using the 20.4 database, I tried the 20.1 and footballmanager standard DB and no luck, the same error pops again. I've seen on SI forum some people complaining about similar issues - no response. It seems the developers don't care at all about it

yes lots of bugs I have found another dozen or so when editing advanced rules even when the file verifies, very frustrating but its been like this for many years now

as you can see I am able to use my 21.1 created file[ and saved as XML and bypassing verification] when selecting the 21.4 DB in game

those other files cant be used as I havent used the same method to bypass and they are fmf format
