Keep in mind that cuts should still include a bit of collar. Since in some images (like this one) the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally while keeping a smaller space between the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the cut. This video & this post display a simple technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar

@UkiKyi, I've already referred you to what criteria are to be kept in mind when uploading images. This is of inferior quality to the current cut, so it isn't an improvement.
