@demonade, a couple or three things to keep in mind for future cuts.
a) Cuts should be in 180x180 if the source image is of low quality or 250x250 otherwise. This source seems to be large enough to provide a 250x cut.
b) Make sure to maintain the aspect ratio of the source image. The image is somewhat squashed horizontally when compared to the source.
c) When a face is tilted to one side in the source image, it should be rotated so that the face in the eventual cut is as upright as possible. Here's a video of how this can be accomplished:
