5 Spanish team in champions league

With villarreal winning the Europa League, Does someone know how to make 5 Spanish teams become eligible for the champions league as the game only allows 4.. thanks

Hi, the game should allow 5. 

As long as the EL winner finished outside CL places in the league it will do it.

Before FM added the real life restrictions I had a save where I finished 5th but won CL, Man Utd finished 6th and won EL.

EPL had 6 participants in CL the next season and EL still had 3
