Hopefully this keeper can sure up my leaky defence.

First win of the season out of the way thanks to a brilliant comeback against Wrexham. Two goals in the first half put us behind before Pericard grabbed and Madjo got a double to grab us a vital win against a strong Wrexham side. Hopefully this will kickstart our season. The new keeper did well too, got a rating of 8.2.

Featured for York in the Football League last season so definitely has the quality I need- can play anywhere in the middle from defence to midfield to attack.

Another loss, completely not good enough. We didn't manage a shot on goal and Dover are a side that will definitely be near the bottom of the table come the end of the season. We are now 22nd so in the relegation zone- I know it's early days but we need to improve.
Fola
Brilliant win away against Stockport. Ben Hutchinson bagged his first two goals for the club while Madjo and Whalley grabbed the others for us. Hopefully we can put the losses behind us and kick on from here.
Fola
Unlucky defeat against a strong Grimsby side. Not too disappointed now, we've found our scoring boots so I'm sure we'll continue to do well.
Fola
Good comeback to get our third win of the season against rock bottom Hayes & Yeading. Madjo and Pericard seem to look like they'll be our main men again this season.

Deserved defeat, were too lacklustre upfront again.

Very good result away at a strong Macclesfield side. We were unlucky not to hold on to the win but overall I'm happy with a draw. So we are currently 19th in the league, which is no where near as good as I expected- hopefully we can push on in the next ten games though.
Fola
Completely outclassed by a Barnet side way too good for this league. They have former Celtic and West Brom striker Craig Beattie upfront for them and he completely ran the show, scoring once and assisting the other two. Hoping to move on from this as quickly as possible.
Fola
Really good result against a very strong Bristol Rovers side. On paper, they should of battered us but after going behind substitute Ben Hutchinson grabbed an equaliser late on for us. We face Newport next who are one place below us, currently occupying the last relegation spot.
Fola
Bore draw against two very out of form sides- going to be a tough season.
Fola
Terrible defeat against a very poor Altrincham side. Scott Kay was on loan with us last season and turned us down in the summer so it was fate that he would score for them. He scored, got an assist and won man of the match in a game where we were completely battered. Doubt I'll be in a job much longer.

Absolutely battered at home by fellow stugglers Braintree. Things are getting worse by the game, things need to change and soon if I'm going to be in a job for much longer. Dropped into the relegation zone now...

Sacked after 17 matches into the second season. To be fair, I saw it coming. Despite our very good season last season, we didn't perform at all this season and lost key matches against fellow relegation candidates. I'm hoping to get another job in the Blue Square Premier- don't really want to be dropping into the BSS or BSN but we will have to see.
I only have England loaded up but if I don't get a job by the end of the season, I will load up some other leagues. Any recommendations?
Fola
Bath are currently 9th in the BSS but I don't want to be dropping that low if I can help it. Still on the lookout for teams in BSP. Applied for the Bristol Rovers job but unfortunately I was turned down.
Fola
Despite getting sacked from Southport in the BSP I have been given the chance to manage in the Football League. AFC Wimbledon are a club with huge history and massive step up from Southport. I have decided to accept the offer and have signed on until the end of the season- hopefully I will do enough to warrant a new deal at the end of the season. Hopefully I will be good enough to manage in the Football League, only time will tell.

Thanks George. Quite surprised I got given the opportunity to manage in the Football League so early on in my career. More updates to come tonight.
Fola
As you can see, the squad is way too big and I'll be looking to ship out some of the deadwood. I'll be looking to get rid of many of the older players and also look at loaning out some of the youth whom haven't been getting any game time. Captain Alan Bennett has already been placed in the reserves and on the transfer list, as has Sean Clancy. Looking to overhaul the squad in January to bring in player to fit my style of play.
Will post screenies of my key players in the next update- anybody want any specific screenshots then just let me know.
I will be bringing players in to fit into the two formations I use.
AWAY
If a player doesn't fit into these formations, they leave. SIMPLES.
Fola
Lainton will be my number one keeper. A solid keeper was something I was missing at Southport, hopefully that won't be a problem here.
Balkestein will be my main centre half. Expecting him to be a dominant figure at the back this season- despite only being 25, he's very experienced for his age- this will be vital.
Rachid Yussuff will play in the role of inside forward behind the front two strikers. Shaun Whalley did a good job for me in that position at Southport- I'm hoping Yussuff can do even better and grab a few goals on the way.
Jack Midson- my star man. Clinical goalscorer who should thrive at this level.
When looking through my youth team, this guy caught my eye. He's only 16 years of age and hasn't made a first team appearance for the club yet but his stats are promising. Can't decide whether he'd be better suited as a centre midfielder or a striker but his stats are promising. Will be looking to give him a bit of gametime.
First game up next
Fola
We lost our first match under my reign after Doug Loft missed a penalty for us in the 93rd minute. To be fair, we played quite well and a draw was probably a fair result- it just wasn't to be. A lot of these players don't fit into my system though, will be making a lot of changes in January.
Fola
My right hand man has left Southport to join me here at AFC.
Fola
First win under my reign thanks to a fantastic strike late on from Sergio Torres. Lets hope we can kick on from here.
