@SFPD_eSport, this is clearly posted on the wrong timeline, so do pay more attention when uploading cut-outs so that we don't have wrong images showing for people in-game. Furthermore, the cut hasn't got the right dimensions and no collar either, which is a requirement for every cut.

If you want to start producing cut-outs, have a look at the guidelines in this thread, as well as the many video tutorials for each technique. I recommend using remove.bg to remove the background from an image as well as photopea.com to tweak it. Both are free tools which do an excellent and quick job - watch the tutorials in the above-linked thread 👍
