@Furby Furby another case where the image uploaded does not appear to be for the person it is uploaded for. This is the 3rd or 4th case from you. Mistakes can happen to everyone, of course, but when it's repeated so often, it must be carelessness. If you're not uploading an image with the right person, not only will it not appear in-game for him but it will appear for a completely different and wrong person, so it's very important you pay more attention when uploading cuts. Alternatively, if the original source image is the one which is posted by mistake, a small post telling us that would help 👍

By way of feedback on your cutting, it's important to remember that every cut must have a collar.
While it's true that we want all cuts to have a collar, we also want as much of the face taking up the canvas as possible, so there should be no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Some sources have a long neck and/or a low collar, so it's obvious you can't have both without some edits.
For any future cuts you decide to do, watch this video to see how you can manage this with a few seconds' extra work in Photoshop, so that it looks like Mustang's cut:
