Secondly, I've re-cut it because the hair detail is a bit blurry, and given the source image I believe it could be a fair bit sharper.
Whichever cutting technique you're using, I strongly recommend using remove.bg to remove the background and photopea.com to tweak it so that it is a completed cut-out (if you don't have Photoshop). Both remove.bg and photopea.com are free online tools which can provide excellent-quality images quickly and easily. Here's a video of how easy both are to use. I also recommend having a look at the guidelines in this thread on what we're looking for in our cuts and various other video tutorials on how the various techniques can be achieved:
