Hi, I wanted to let you know that on your data update Ronald Koeman is set as Barcelona's assistant manager in game and Barcelona subsequently have no manager.
This has been mentioned on the Ronald Koeman page for data submission entries whilst I have also submitted a change but it seems to have been a mistake that's been there a while but has been overlooked for some time now, hopefully you can fix this.

This mistake according to the comments on Ronald Koemans page has been in your update since June and is still there so hopefully you could change it.

Has anyone been able to figure out why this is happening?

It seems to be due to the Jordi Cruyff change. When it transfers him to Barcelona it removes Koeman as manager because Cruyff is the manager of Shenzhen.
We've had this bug before and I thought it was fixed but apparently not. I'm looking into it now.

I've just built a new update which hopefully fixes it but it will need some testing, please can people try and provide feedback?

When looking for former club managers, they are still in the club, here on the site as managers and in the game as assistant managers

Sorry i'm struggling to follow exactly what you're saying.
Can you be more explicit like “Alex Ferguson is Manager of Arsenal and Arsene Wenger is the Assistant Manager of Arsenal, when Alex Ferguson should be the manager of Man Utd and Arsene Wenger manager of Arsenal” or equivalent.
Otherwise it's going to take me ages to try and figure out what you're saying and i'm really struggling to find time for this at the moment.
I'm not at all familiar with the people or teams you're talking about.

Sorry for my bad English, What I am trying to explain is that when making a submission for a new manager in a team, if the current manager is not removed, he continues appearing as a manager on the site, and in the game it is as assistant manager, some people do not remove the manager, would it be possible to check if everything is right? Examples:
Sergio Soares and Portuguesa's new manager, the submission was made
Alex Alves, ex-manager of Portuguesa is still the manager on the website, and in the game he is the assistant manager

If you spot that someone hasn't been removed when they should you can submit it for yourself 🙂
E.g. if you go to “Patrick van Leeuwen” and click “Edit Data” you'll be given a form where you can remove his club.

But it's really very simple, probably quicker than leaving a comment on the forums!

No problem, I did this in other people, and already informed to correct the examples cited, I only cited this to see if it was possible because some people do not remove the old manager and generate this error, but ok no problem, thanks
