All in all some great work @phug, always lovely to have a new cutter on board 👏
A few points to improve your cutting, if I may:
a) Try and crop your draft cut much closer to the top of the head. 250x250 is not an enormous canvas so ‘wasting’ 10 pixels in height on empty space is to be avoided; it is recommended that you leave no more than 2-3 pixels of empty space above the top of the head 👍
b) When you're uploading a lot of cuts at one go, even if they are not from the same team, please do so as a pack instead of individually. If they're saved on your system as the person's UID, the forum will then associate them to the right person automatically, and it'll save you the time of uploading every single one of them individually. It would also save me the time of having to download them all individually too. It's a win-win situation 🙂
Here's a video of how easy it is to do so 👍
Edit: I've just seen you've already uploaded a couple of packs. Please save the images on your system as the person's UIDs, so that the eventual zip file contains the images saved in that way. It's easier for me to add every image in the megapack, so can you please reupload both packs saved in this way. Having to save them manually anyway defeats the purpose 😉 Also, images don't need to be part of the same team to be uploaded in packs.
c) Keep in mind that all cuts must have a collar. I'll fix it myself this time but please remember to make sure any cuts you upload in the future have a collar 🙂
At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. This video displays a simple technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar:
d) Make sure to save your images as .png. For some reason, FM doesn't read images in PNG, so any images you provide with this extension will need to be changed.
@mons thanks for the great advice, I only started doing this today and didn't know too much about it, I'm gonna reupload the packs you mentioned using the proper filenames

No worries, that's why I gave you this feedback as you're still starting. The bit about collars is very important, so do keep it in mind 👍
Can you please do all the packs you uploaded as I can't keep up with them all? As an aside, if you upload an image as part of a pack, you don't need to do it as an individual upload too - once is enough 😉
@phug I'm uploading everything I have so far right now with the proper filenames. I will certainly make sure my further cuts include the collar in them.
As for my erratic uploading, I wasn't too sure about how it all works, I upload the files individually because I thought they were a worthy replacement to the previous entries in the megapack and the ones that were only in the packs I considered nothing more than a newer alternative to what's already in the megapack.
I will just everything I make from now on in a pack and let you decide which of the images are worthy of being included in the megapack.
Once again, thanks for the advice.
