I have downloaded all the official files but cannot find a way. To get them to download onto fm 21 i have done exactly what it tells you to do online but no luck. Would much appreciate the help.

What official files are you referring to please?

 

Can we have screenshots of where you have placed them?

@fletcherjames197, graphics should be in Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 202x / graphics. There's no need for another graphics sub-folder to be in there.

 

What's in the folder in the underlined path anyway?

 

The DF11 pack doesn't look to be close to be complete, there's much more than 42,000 faces there.

 

The 3D kits will only appear in-match or in the welcome screen if you're managing one of the teams who have a kit. If you want kits to be displayed in the information page, you need to download another kit style like the FC12 or SS kits.

 

Why do you have two logo/badges pack? I would imagine they do the same job so you should only have 1, and by the looks of it, neither are installed correctly anyway. Generally, you only have one main folder for the whole pack and not separate ones for each update pack. I'm not 100% sure of it because I can't tell which styles you've downloaded.

 

When you download files, they generally have installation instructions which are quite straight-forward. Read them carefully and follow them. It's really not as hard as you've made it look…

 

Also make sure the in-game preferences look like this:
