The missing part of the collar is in the original too so I'll try and clean your cut.
It's good that you cropped to the chin, but the final cut must be in either of these two dimensions. In this case, it'll need to be upscaled to 250x250. Leave it to me 👍

Can we have the original uncut source for this one @nirvana06? The bit near the collar needs a bit of work. Also remember that cuts are in 250x250 or 180x180 and not anything in between 😉
