Will this new ruling come as part of a data update?
If not, can I make the the change myself, and if so, how?

@kingrobbo How to change the subs for UEFA Champion League or UEFA Eropean League? 

when I use sortitoutsi Database and start with 2020 date the Italian League and Champion League subs is 5 from 12. 

But when I start with 2021 season file date , the italian league still 5 from 12 but Champion League become 3 of 7.
Is it the UEFA champion league subs rules only set for 2020 season date? how to change this..
