Fola
Absolutely battered against a strong Grimsby side. There is a huge gulf in quality in the division so not too bothered- bit concerned about the amount of goals conceded though.
Fola
Disappointing result against a very average Accrington side. We seem to any fire power up top at the moment, will be looking to change that come January. Will be making drastic changes.
Fola
Loanee striker Adam Boyes scored his first goal for the club as we grabbed a vital win against Salisbury to push us out of the relegation zone.
Fola
Two wins on the bounce as we beat bottom placed side Colwyn Bay. Jon Shaw hit is first goal for the club with a good header before Anthony Edgar secured the points late on. We are now four points clear of relegation. However, one bit of bad news is that Jon Shaw got injured soon after his first goal for the club, meaning his stay here will end prematurely and he's returned to Luton.
Fola
Should of got a draw at least. Missed some great chances late on so it's disappointing to end our winning streak.
Fola
Successive defeats after this loss however we did play quite well. We were sloppy at the back for their two goals but Boyes missed an open goal in the final minute so we went away empty handed.

January has now arrived, something I'm very excited about. I have decided to introduce some new tactics as well- I will be playing 4-5-1 and planning on containing them for a long period, looking to hit them on the counter when possible. Lets see if it strengthens up my defence. First game the tactics worked well, grabbing a well earned draw away to Macclesfield.
As you can see, we're only two points off the drop but there are more teams below us. Will be looking to make a lot of transfer action this window. Hopefully it won't backfire like it did at Wimbledon.
Fola
I held my former side AFC Wimbledon to a draw in my first time facing them since my sacking. I started with 4-5-1 to try and handle their attacking threat and it worked brilliantly as we came away with a vital point.
Fola
Ben Clark's late goal against Chester grabbed us our third draw on the bounce. My defence have only conceded once in three matches, something I'm very happy about.
Fola
Our fourth consecutive draw, this time against runaway leaders Stockport. We were expected to get battered so to come away with a clean sheet and a point is a fantastic result.
Fola
Our first loss in five matches thanks to two late goals. Disappointing to lose but we did play quite well, hopefully we can put it behind us.
Fola
There were major changes in my squad over January. Many were released with the club having to pay them off with others joining clubs on a free transfer. With 11 players leaving the club, it freed up the wage budget for me to bring in my own players and put my own style onto the team.
Will post the incomings next.
Fola
Thirteen players joined me in this transfer window, giving me the opportunity to completely revamp my squad. Every player has joined from the Football League giving us vital experience to hopefully get us out of the league. On paper, our squad now looks like a side that should comfortably stay in this division, maybe even push for play offs. Now the squad is pretty much my own, I would love to stay on longer at the end of the season- hopefully I'll be given the opportunity to do so.
Will post up the players individual stats now.
Fola
After all of the transfers, this is the set of players that I'm hoping will be able to do enough to keep us in the division.

Damien Mozika
Former Bury hardman Damien Mozika has joined us on loan until the end of the season. He replaces loanee Ferre Bodde who returned to Doncaster and since gone on to gone Luton Town. Mozika's stats have dropped rapidly over recent seasons due to a lack of game time, I will be looking to get them stats back up by playing him regularly at Gateshead.
Matt Green
Matt Green is a player who in real life, is banging them in for fun. He's another player whose stats have dropped due to lack of gametime for Mansfield. If we can find half of the player he was expected to be, we'll still have a very good player on our hands.
Bradley Bubb
I went back to Wimbledon to re-sign Bradley Bubb. After bringing him in last January, he only managed one appearance, mainly due to the form of Dan Holman. He failed to feature this season for them and found himself on the transfer list. Hopefully now he will be able to settle down and bag some goals.
David Noble
David Noble was playing regular League One football last season so for him to join a club in our predicament is a massive coup. He brings vital experience to the side and will become one of my starting midfielders in our battle to beat the drop.
Arron Davies
Arron Davies has been capped once for Wales so we now have an international on our books. He played over thirty times for Exeter last season but this season has found himself surplus to requirements. Good capture for a club like ours.
Youssouf M'Changama
The Chang is still relatively young and has very good stats for a centre midfielder. He has found himself out of the squad at both Oldham and Hartlepool but hopefully he can settle here and be a success.
James Norwood
James Norwood joins the club as our new highest paid player. He's a player I rate very highly in real life so that was a big influence in my decision. He can play on either wing and also up top and has good attributes to top it off. Hoping he will be a key player in our fight to stay up. I tried to sign him on loan but he rejected but accepted a permanent deal.
Ed Asafu-Adjaye
Cover for defence- good pedigree for a player so young.
Michael Raynes
Raynes turned down a host of Football League clubs to help fight to keep us in the BSP. He can play either centre half or right back and is definitely somewhat of a coup for us. He has a vast majority of Football League experience, going to the Championship however he's still young so hopefully his best years are in-front of him.
Andrew Owens
I have signed Owens for my third time as manager. I had him at Southport, then Wimbledon but he has since found himself on the transfer list. He's a good player and I know how he plays so he should fit in well.
Andres Gurrieri
The versatile Argentinian joins us from Plymouth. He's a work horse and never gives up, something that we need in this division. He can play pretty much every position as well so his versatility is vital.
Elliot Benyon
Benyon has scored regularly in the Football League and joins from League One side Oldham. He has since been at Stockport this season who are currently leading the BSP and bagged 9 goals in 15 matches so he's on very good form- another big coup for us.
Matt Taylor
Taylor is our final signing from League Two side Forest Green. He has been on loan at fellow BSP side Barrow earlier on in the season and scored 10 goals so he knows the league well and can hopefully be a success.

And do try not to get fired

Another draw, this time against Alfreton. We're so solid at the back now, just need to start scoring more goals. Happy with how it's all going though, we'll get a win eventually, our performances definitely deserve it.
Fola
Becoming the draw specialists with a good result against Barnet. We haven't won since Colwyn Bay about 8 games ago iirc but we're playing well so I don't care. Would be worried if we were losing games but we aren't so it's all good.
Fola
Another draw! This time a good comeback against fellow strugglers Altricham as James Norwood scored his first goal for the club since his move in January.
Fola
Bore draw, another point on the board though which is pleasing.
Fola
Our fifth consecutive draw and in course our fifth match unbeaten after a well earned draw against Newport. Elliot Benyon hit his first goal for the club since his January move from Oldham.
Fola
Really couldn't care less as we've only actually lost three matches out of the twelve.
Fola
We won our first match in twelve attempts and stretched our unbeaten run to six after a goos win against fellow strugglers Worcester. The defeat leaves us six points clear of the relegation zone with six matches to go. Don't want to be too optimistic but with the form we're on, I really can't see us getting relegated.

Another draw, this time against second bottom Barrow. Would be nice to have won this one but it's another point closer to survival.
Fola
Our unbeaten run has come to an end against 3rd placed Luton. We played quite well just their attacking quality paid off and they deserved to win. Three points clear of the drop.
Fola
Second consecutive defeat against one of the top sides. Wrexham are currently 2nd but we should of probably got a draw. Still just above the dropzone, need to seal our place in the league.
Fola
Third consecutive, scarily close to the drop zone now. 1 point off...
