[FM22] Real Fixtures & Results

Hi mate lovely work 

One question though

I validated the files  via the editor but can see they allready are,but when I enter the game I can't choose the country's? They are faded out

Shall I start up in a different country or what am I doing wrong?

Ah, creating an editor data folder in the documents folder and then paste the league files. Eventually starting the game in the Indian league. Violá!

If you start the game pre season you will get just the fixtures it won't matter that the results are entered 

How did you figure it out please mate ?

You just put the files into your editor data folder

Then start new season with another league like Me I use Serbia for playing in premier league

Not sure if you'll have the answer to this, but I've started a new game as Man Utd with these files and using India's start date to start in November, and the senior side has been entered into the FA Youth Challenge Cup, rather than the under 18 side. Any ideas?

Okay now I tested this again and again 

My problem is that when I use these files lets say EPL and I start in a different country, then the backnumbers on the players kits disappears not only on my team but with all teams.

When I load a normal season starting with english preseason all the numbers are there

which file are you actually using?  

I did because its a problem with both uploades files and the one of them are french

U must have the same problem it can't only be me

If its on both it sounds like it could be a problem with the FM22 Editor, maybe the steps don't work the same as last year. 

I dont use real fixtures/results I create my own league structures so dont need them 

and NB using real fixtures/results can cause some strange issues eg when it comes to play offs I have seen non league teams take part in championship play offs also AI fail to register a full squad infact leave out their best players, these are 2 I would see a lot

my suggestion report it to SI there are a shed load of bugs reported already, I have come across the same old ones on my brief tests

Yeah after starting a save with this squad numbers disappeared totally. I can't assign them to anyone. You can do transfers during the whole season too. Saw movements into the Spanish league as of November.

However, There doesnt seem to be Amy u-23 or u-18 Leagues going on in England due to the update. And like Alex said, your first team is registred for fa youth cup.

Edit: also, the transfer Window doesnt work. Teams are signing players left and right.

there are several threads on fixtures here now so for users to be aware there are many bugs in the editor at this stage and real fixtures/results seem very buggy indeed

so report any issues to SI as many nations cannot even be validated with vanilla testing[no changes to DB]

be aware of the issues some users are seeing IMO most are caused by using the results rather than the fixtures and you should be ok if you start pre season just make sure no actual ‘’resulted'' game has been played

Unfortunately not. I tried deleting all results, started the game with India start date, cannot choose one of the nations used for real fixtures as start date at all, and numbers are still missing,

I've done some testing…

1. New file > added nation rules, no other changes. Verify. Start new game = no squad numbers or transfer windows, weird youth cups). So it's not caused by the fixtures or results.
2. Take the first file, convert to advanced rules. Verify. Start new game = everything seems to work as normal (squad no's, can choose nation and start date etc). - so basically without converting to advanced, nothing will work at all.
3. I exported both files to xml and copied the fixtures & results from the first into the advanced file, reimported to the editor, verified and saved. The game loads fine, but ignores the fixtures and results completely.

2. Is this the results and fixtures file or just the empty one? Does results and fixtures file work fine with advanced rules or still the same numbers and youth issue?

EDIT: I just tried to convert Italy results and fixtures to advanced, then test results but I get this error even though everywhere I checked Serie A is listed as division level 1: 

Sorry I forgot to say that step. When I tried to do that I got the same error. Didn't matter what country either it was the same for all that I tried.

Seems like there is no way to get either real results or just real fixtures at all. Only load a new game then use the in game editor to edit the table according to real results

Damn, what a shame. For me, issues like this always end up pushing the sensible starting point of a serious save further and further away. Starting a Beta save hasn't felt the same recent years, because I'm aware that I'll need to start a new save to properly incorporate the Real names fix, realistic injuries, derbies overhaul, real fixtures, competition colours, SSKC for 3D kits, No Brexit etc. etc. =)

The kit number bug is due to starting the game in a later date. You dont have to install anything, just start the game after September or so, and they would be gone all the same.
