No worries. For this one I'd suggest rotating the source 2 degrees and you are to nudge the collars very slightly upwards so that when you crop it, you get the merest hint of it in there, as per the video 👍
Crop it even closer to the top of the canvas and the chin @PiiPii Any more than 2-3 pixels in either case is a waste of screen real estate 😉

Again, good cut @PiiPii, but keep in mind that all cuts must include a collar and that every cut must be cropped to within 2-3 pixels of the chin.
Since in some sources, like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
