It's been there for months and the current cut is practically the same. If you as the requester wasn't bothered to cut it by now, why should another cutter do so?

I'm checking all old requests and rejecting the ones that are very similar to the current cut. Like mons said if you want to have it cut you need to do it yourself, as otherwise it will probably take months before it gets done unfortunately
@PiiPii, decent work but all the images in this pack have a fair bit of snow in the hair:
care should be taken to avoid snow on cuts as much as possible as they are very evident in-game on a dark skin.
