If you read the guidelines, you'll the that under “Stadium background” it says “Image of the stadium, preferably from an aerial view. It also passes the “- Empty pitch, i.e nothing on the pitch” guideline. Also, nothing under the improvement guidelines at the bottom of the same post says that your image is an improvement.
That said, I agree that the textbox isn't optimal. I will try my best to remove it in the coming days.

Fair play, fella. I tend to do a North West Counties save as I go watching various games in the league all the time, I'll try and get there before kick off in future and get some shots 🙂
