I'll add them as 3D packages once I've updated (most) of the kits to the 2021-2022 season.

Guys, I ask for your help ..
I'm having trouble making the upper part of these two shirts. I have recently used photoshop so I do not know if the procedure I do is correct but I will explain the problem.
To create the parts, I create a new layer and use the pen tool to create the desired area, only once I'm done creating the shape I can't turn it into a selection that I can work with, such as moving or inserting it. a color. can you explain to me how I can "lock" the work area after I have used the pen tool to then be able to move the area I created and insert the color inside.

What setting are you using for the pen tool? I use it set to “Shape” in the upper-left menu, with settings like this for example for a solid colour fill (and use Stroke for a line border if needed):
This creates a vector path that you should be able to edit afterwards. By the sound of your post, you're using the pen tool set to “Path” and then trying to create a selection from the path instead of making a shape from it. Keeping it as a vector shape means you can move the path nodes around, change the shape size without losing image quality and can easily change the fill colour by double clicking the icon in the Layers panel.
