Crop closer to the chin and nudge the collar upwards like you did with the Gular cut. I'll keep rejecting any of your cuts which don't follow this rule @m1903, so please start following it all the time. Leave no more than 2-3 pixels of neck beneath the chin, anything more is unnecessary.
