Change subs in the champion league

Does anyone know how to increase the number of subs used in the champions league? After the first season it goes back down to using 3 subs I would like to keep it at 5.

I have already tried:- Rules > Add Nation Rules > Selected Nation "England" ticked Add Lower Divisions And Cups to Existing Structure > Convert to Advanced Rules and UEFA Chanpions League is not there as an option.

I have also tried changing the nation to Spain and Germany still not there
