Hello All,

 

Having some scouting issues that I need some help with. Managing Hammarby in Sweden and I am having issues finding anyone in South America. I have two scouts down in South America South looking for players with 'Good' potential no older than 21. They've been down there for at least 9 months and have found essentially nothing. Not sure what is going on with that. I have a database north of 100k players FYI.

 

My other issue, which I wonder if it is affecting the above, is that I cannot offer scouts Full Time contracts. They are all only Part Time. We won the league in our first season in Sweden and I still cannot offer a scout a full time contract. Is this a bug, or will this change at some point if I keep doing well?

Still have this issue, especially the full time scout contracts.  We are in the semis of the Europa Conference League and I am still unable to offer scouts a full time contract.  It's beyond frustrating.
