My question is, is it possible to build a smaller club into a financial powerhouse?  If so, how long realistically could it take and does anyone have any examples of this occurring?  I am currently at Stromsgodset in Norway and in the year 2038....

Still have this issue, especially the full time scout contracts.  We are in the semis of the Europa Conference League and I am still unable to offer scouts a full time contract.  It's beyond frustrating.
