Why arent the jersey from barca above in this file? Its only home and away

It is. You need to add a third kit for Barcelona in the editor.

I'm thinking of creating a Standard Kits megapack with editor file included. But you have to wait for that a bit 😛 I've only done 2 full leagues in the editor so far.

Any news about LaLiga Smartbank?

Not yet 😉 No ETA as well.

With Barcelona having a third kit that has a near identical colour profile to the home kit, does anyone have any thoughts on how to actually set it up to have a purpose? I think the third kit is used as the European home kit (as opposed to domestic), but does the game allow for it be used that way? Is the kit created but doomed to never get a runout, only to be seen on the club profile page?

This is a good point. Currently within the editor there are two home kits for Barcelona, one set to feature in the UCL/UEL/UECL only. However, when adding a 3D file there is no distinction between home kits anymore (there is no such thing as ‘home alternative’). That's why it's added as a 3rd kit, possibly we could set the third kit as to only be visible in the UCL/UEL/UECL. However, it will still not turn up correctly as in real life. Sometimes you run into the boundaries of FM. If Barcelona was licensed, I know for sure that the European home kit (or third kit) would have not been created and added to the game at all.

You're right - I just looked at Dortmund, and their equivalent is not in the game. I think it could be achieved by some careful messing around with putting the European kit in the away slot, making duplicate entries within the home kit for all the domestic competitions (and no general one), and then duplicate entries in the ‘away’ one for all European competitions, and then let both defer to the current away kit in the third slot when needed. But is it worth the effort?
Regardless, excellent job on the kits and in time to be determined I look forward to the rest of the Spanish leagues!

Hello again!
I can see that Real Sociedad have picked up a shirt sponsor at some point after the season started. You can see it both home and away. It is the same as that appearing on the kits of Betis this season too which you've already done, so hopefully an easy one.
Thanks!
