So I checked all the packs available and these are the major European Leagues missing:

Slovakia Super League
Bulgaria Prva League
Hungary NB I
Ireland Premier League
For Netherlands Eredivisie, the kits are original in-game. For Ligue 1 and Bundesliga, packs are available in other sources.
Denmark and Finland recently finished the season. Packs can be found in the 2021 section, not sure if admins can add into 22 sections since packs are 21-22. New-season starts in three months.
For the kitmakers, I'm available to help with pictures if you want. Also, I've seen there's a 3D kit creator now but I have 0 skills, in case if we have a tutorial I can try to help.

Eredivisie - Ligue1 - 1.Bundesliga - Poland Superleague (if I'm not mistaken) are present in the game in 3D. If you know how to create the config file, there are many Austrian and Slovak kits here in the forum. In the next few weeks they made the kits for Bulgaria.

@whatsthepoint I know Hungary and Ireland are made. I'm pretty sure someone made the Slovakian league. Poland Ekstraklasa is included in the game. Please don't imply France & German leagues are ‘missing’ if anything there is an abundance of kits for those leagues.

I made Slovakia recently, Austrian Bundesliga is one of the priorities, I've exported those (from FIFA) but not finished yet. There will also be a couple of South American kits to focus on @priority76, as per info I got from @Hajdučki sin and I can export these from FIFA too. Hungary is done, but faces logo placement issues. I just don't have time to work on the others properly. Considering it's January, we already managed to do a lot more leagues this year compared to previous ones.
I'll probably have to dig up my priority list at one point again, since that had a clear overview of all teams missing. It's like 10-15 pages back I think.

Polonia Warszawa's new kits would be much appreciated and they aren't too complex, all three share identical design other than colour.
The white away kit is identical to the home kit, except it has black details (Short stripes, back of shirt name/number)
The third red kit is again identical, except it has white details (Short stripes, back of shirt/number)
