I know it doesn't conform to conventions, but there are literally none of this guy that do, so something's better than nothing!
I can appreciate the sentiment but I'll be tweaking this a bit to remove the hand and cropping it closer to the head. Do you have the original source for him so I can re-cut it and keep it in 250x?
