It's not a bad cut at all, but you haven't followed the guidelines on how to crop your images before resizing. You've left too much empty space above the head (there should be no more than 2-3 pixels) and you've also cropped it too much below the chin (again 2-3 pixels is enough). It's a facepack, after all, not a face-and-neck-and-upper-body pack 😉

As you may be aware, we also want all our cuts to have collars too, which would not be possible if you followed the above guidelines. In cases like this, or others where the collar is lower down or the neck is overly long in the original source, here's a method on how to nudge the collars upwards to include them in your cropped version:

If you remove the bit in red, you get the below image, which is larger and much more amenable to being cut:
