@HELMI N AHMAD, these aren't too bad for some initial cuts, but please have a look at this thread for guidelines for cutters and video tutorials on what we expect for from our cuts 👍

Can I ask what cutting technique you're using? The edges are a bit jagged and not as smooth as we'd like, some of the cuts have some snow, others don't have a collar and others are cropped more than the 2-3 pixels above the head and below the chin that we ask for. Perhaps you can redo them following the guidelines in the above link. Also, when uploading a teampack, please make sure that the filename itself is the person's UID (as per the guidelines to uploading packs) so that it can be added to the megapack more easily 👍

I'm rejecting all of these and I'll try to fix what I can from them, but please make sure to follow the guidelines from this point on so that the cut-outs produced maintain the same quality as the ones already in the megapack 👍

I recommend using remove.bg for your cuts. It's a fantastic free online tool which does the heavy lifting for you by removing the background in the source image, leaving you to only rotate, crop and/or nudge the collar upwards. It's tremendously easy to use and provides fantastic quality. With it, you can go from source to cut in a couple of minutes for the vast majority of images.

Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons 😉 If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.

I'm Sorry. I didn't see the guide before. I will fix it in the future… I'm using magic wand tool in photoshop.

Magic wand is a very limited tool, and you get very limited results with it.

Please use remove.bg on the sources which I've rejected your cut-outs for and you'll get better results with less effort 👍

Make sure that:

(a) images are cropped no more than 2-3 pixels above the head and 2-3 pixels beneath the chin

(b) all cuts have collars. to achieve (a) watch the video in the tutorials thread on nudging the collar upwards

(c) all cuts have no snow

As you're still starting out, my suggestion would be to upload a couple of cuts in the tutorial thread so that you can receive feedback. This way, any suggestions on improvements can be taken on board for future cuts instead of having to tweak multiple cuts multiple times 😉
