As long as there are just a couple of people per team, for safety I will do them, if instead it should be 10-12 people per team, then I don't think I will 😉

It's up to you, really, but kit managers have never been added to the FM database, and there's never been any indication that they will be so it's somewhat of a futile exercise, I would think. No harm at all in it, though 🙂
