*New to 11th February version*
Added January transfers to all clubs where known.
Added new players and staff members (where necessary) for all Premier Division, First Division and GFA Division One teams. All these clubs are now fully populated.
Added nation transfer preferences to hopefully incentivise clubs in-game to buy players from countries represented in Maltese football in real life (e.g. Serbia, Brazil, Nigeria etc)
Some further player data edited to make it even closer to real-life.
Added managers and chairmen to the vast majority of Maltese clubs to ensure realism.
Added some referees for further realism.
Tweaked the foreigner matchday allowance to permit Maltese teams to have non-homegrown players on the bench, restricting them however to only being able to come on for other non-homegrown players.
*Previous version additions*
Added awards for all divisions.
Created or edited all 4 league competitions in the Maltese football pyramid and both 2 divisions in the Gozitan football system, complete with correct homegrown, prize money (where known) and disciplinary rules.
Create all knock-out competitions in both the Maltese and Gozitan football pyramid, keeping the dates, prize money and eligibility thereof as close to real-life as allowed by the constraints of the editor.
Added all the clubs in the Maltese and Gozitan football pyramid, together with an U19 youth team for each club which will participate in the correct Youth FA competitions.
Corrected home, away and (where applicable) third kits for all the clubs where information was available and also the correct GK kit colours as well, where known.
Tweaked club's reputations.
Clubs assigned to the division's correct stadium.
Some new rivalries added.
U19s club's stadium changed from the senior team's to allow for better stadium choice.
New stadiums added to enable more options for youth fixture scheduling.
New cities added so that all clubs have the correct city assigned.
Tweaked nation's settings.
Transferred all existing persons in the database to their correct club, or free transferred them if appropriate.
Deleted some older players and non-players.
A massive overhaul of player data, including correct positions, history items, realistic CA/PA ranges (i.e. improved/worsened some players and removed some youngsters' inordinately high PA), contract status (hardly any full-time non-foreigners and removed any amateur players), homegrown status (as some Maltese players were not tagged as such and some foreigners had incorrect Maltese homegrown status) and even skin and hair colour. In all, just under 1,000 players have had changes.
Players in the senior and under 21 national teams have had their reputation amended accordingly to ensure that the starting national teams are as close to real-life as possible.
Foreign players formerly based in Malta were transferred to their current club where the information was available. Where not, the reputation, ability and homegrown status thereof was modifed to reflect real-life and also to ensure that the correct pool of foreigners is available on free transfers.
Assigns a new weather pattern for Maltese cities.

Does it include logos?
mons
If anybody wants to produce logos for the rest, they are more than welcome

On a side note, I made my 3rd trip to Malta back in May and stayed for a week in Gżira.

Can you post the link to your logopack pls?

there is a metallic logo megapack here on the site, just click home and scroll down or click here

When I run the malta leagues mod, I get Sandy Martens (id:1) as the under 19s manager or coach for every team in Malta.
He is I believe actually employed by some team in Belgium as their coach but he shows up in the staff section at all the Maltese clubs from what i can see.
For mods, I have just the malta league mod and the real name/german national team fix running
mons
I don't seem to have seen that issue on my save game but I'll have another look.

I started the game with default database with only the malta mod and the options below and it still has sandy martens at every maltese club
-All available european leagues playable
-All maltese and malta based players loaded
-large database
-115000 players loaded
If I try it with just malta slected as a playable league, sandy martens is not loaded and all is good but I like having every one of the available european leagues loaded to give me more choice when moving clubs. I might have a look in the database editor to see if i can do something about it.

My good friend kremmen has also created the missing logos for clubs and competitions using the Metallic style. These are available here and will complement the logos for the clubs and competitions which already exist in the game, all of which are in the Metallic Logo megapack.
Enjoy

Now I have the issue of deciding which team to use as I begin my adventure in the Maltese leagues. I have previously used Sliema, Pietà , Rabat Ajax and Qala in the 2011 version of the game but I'm not sure if I want to reuse one of them or pick someone different, or even start unemployed and join whichever Maltese team offers me a job. I am also thinking about using Gzira Utd as they are the team from the town where I stayed for each of my three visits to Malta.

eidt:
I decided to go with SK Victoria Wanderers as they didn't have a manager and they were willing to give me a job. Will probably do one season on Gozo and look to move to Malta if something interesting comes up.
mons
You'll be up against the real-life me then, soon enough
Zebramanii
which team do you play for?

Read the instructions carefully.
The file should be extracted and the resulting xml files placed in Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2013 \ editor data
If it does not exist, the last folder should be created.

Most of the logos are from kremmen's Metallic logo-pack.
