You also need to add auto-contrast so that the image looks a bit less washed out, and to make sure that the face is in the middle of the canvas, not two-thirds of the way to the right as it is right now. Try and aim to have the same distance from the ear to the edge of the canvas, as illustrated in the below screenshot:
