I understand that images might not always be easy to find, but the idea is generally to have cut-outs be representative of what the person looks like now. If it were a year or two, maybe an eye could be be closed but a reverse Google Image search indicates this may be from 2014. Just because some slipped through the net doesn't mean others should be allowed to do so. If you can tell me which images you are referring to, I'll try and find better sources or remove them from the megapack outright 👍
