@mons Yes, that's right, in the current cut the source is 300x390, but the one I uploaded is much better.

Will it? Once you downsize it to 250x250, it'll look exactly the same as the current megapack cut. There's nothing to be gained by cutting it again.

@mons It seems that the better the source, the better the photo will turn out. I tried to cut, but there were problems with the background.

I understand what you mean, but it's the size of the face that matters, not the total size of the image. As you can see below the size of the face in your source is basically the same as the old source that I placed on the left, so it's not worth cutting.

If the source image is large enough in the first place, there will not be a lot gained by cutting an even larger version, frankly, because once you downsize it, it'll look basically the same. In addition to that, if there are problems with the background when cutting it, there's even less reason to spend time cutting an image which will be practically identical to what is already in the megapack.
