Help with a league file

Firstly, I'd like to apologise in advance if this isn't the correct forum to ask this question.

I have a file that allows me to play in the lower Romanian leagues. I can only play the file in the first version of fm22. When I try to use it in version  22.4.0, it tells me that it needs to be verified and tested in the editor. 

I'll be honest, I did download the pregame editor and gave it a shot doing it myself, but I have no idea what I am doing.  Can somebody help me or guide me on how to sort this out.

In the editor, click the rules menu (at the top, second from the left iirc), then click the test rules button. Once the editor verifies the file, you'll see in the top right that it says the file is verified. Save and start a new game 👍
