Hello, is it possible to edit Data update on the PC?

Yes 

 

Download it. Open FM editor on the top left drop down box select import and you have the file all you have to do once you have finished changing what you want is to save the file. It's as easy as that

But this editor data i cant see.. only base db.

I tried myself by changing it to a .xml file and it showed up but it didn't work and it said editor couldn't load this file so… I don't know but it pisses me off cuz i don't have the in game editor
