How to Edit Data update.

Hello, is it possible to edit Data update on the PC?

Yes 

Download it. Open FM editor on the top left drop down box select import and you have the file all you have to do once you have finished changing what you want is to save the file. It's as easy as that 

But this editor data i cant see.. only base db.
